Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Planning & Execution: 61Develop and execute the regional marketing plan in alignment with global marketing strategies and business objectives. 61Ensure all planned marketing initiatives are executed effectively within the region. 61Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support commercial goals. 2.Content & Campaign Management: 61Manage and create social media posts tailored for the regional audience while maintaining brand consistency. 61Oversee direct mail campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement. 61Coordinate the development of case studies, gathering insights from internal teams and customers. 61Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. 3.Event & Exhibition Management: 61Plan and manage regional exhibitions, trade shows, and events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. 61Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. 61Monitor event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations. 4.Performance Analysis & Reporting: 61Track and analyze the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights. 61Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign ROI, and recommendations for optimization. 61Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in regional marketing initiatives. 5.Budget & Stakeholder Management: 61Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on marketing spend. 61Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives. 61Ensure alignment with the global marketing team to maintain brand consistency and best practice sharing. 6.Additional Responsibilities: 61Support lead generation efforts by aligning marketing activities with sales objectives. 61Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs and competitive landscape. 61Champion brand positioning and messaging within the region. 61Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills: 1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.5+ years of experience in a regional or B2B marketing role. 3.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. 4.Experience with omni-channel marketing 5.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. 6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7.Experience in event planning. 8.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. 9.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global organization.
