BUSINESS MANAGER –MACHINERY AND SERVICE


Spectra Chemicals and Commodities (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a fully owned foreign enterprise company based in Shanghai handling sourcing, logistics and quality assurance for Chinese made exported products .The product range includes diesel generator sets, forklifts and other heavy machinery, work wear, safety boots, general safety products and chemicals. Spectra wish to recruit experienced and talented staff to support our rapidly expanding business.

Position Summary
The Business Manager machinery will manage all facets of sourcing, supply, logistics, export and after sales service including spare parts management for a range of machines exported by Spectra.
Spectra already have established sources of supply of leading machinery brands and wish to build upon this solid foundation.

Ability and requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and in writing.
2. Excellent inter personal skills and strong work ethic.
3. University degree in Business, Engineering or similar field.
4. Strong responsibility to the job and can afford hard working pressure.
5. At least 5 years work experience in trading company or factory in the relative position. Have knowledge of how source and negotiate with reliable manufacturers in China, knowledge of products quality standards and machinery specifications and spare parts management.
6. Team work required. It is very important to cooperate with others in our company.
7. Fully understand the importance of after sales service and communication with customers and distributors.
8. Machinery project support in one off major capital projects.
9. Fully understand procedures for export and knowledge of Government stipulations.
