Job Function工作职责

1. Provide the pre-audit report to identify the risks in terms of process of the potential supplier.
对潜在供应商做前期审核，定义生产过程中的风险项。
2. Responsible for supplier advance development and mass production quality control from APQP phase till SOP phases. Review and approve requirements file for Supplier PPAP.
负责供应商前期开发，从APQP到SOP阶段，控制产品质量。并复核和批准PPAP文件
3. Supplier quality monthly report management, Supplier PPM. Trace the action from supplier with worst performance.
管理每月的供应商质量报告，供应商PPM。对风险供应商追踪改善行动。
4. For suppliers in AVL whose monthly performance fails to meet the company's target, implement corrective measures, and inform the quality department to be strict with incoming material inspection.
对于AVL中的月度绩效未达到公司目标的供应商，执行整改措施，并通知质量部门加严来料检验。
5. Perform the annual process audit for the suppliers in AVL, and timely coordinate with supplier to dig out the root cause and implement improvement measures when big quality issue occurs (eg. Cause the risk of production shutdown) .
针对AVL供应商制定年度审核计划并按计划进行实施。当供应商发生重大质量问题（如，导致生产断线风险）时，应及时协同供应商进行原因分析并制定对策。
6. Update supplier (raw material and Third party) list, collect and check the effective date of the relevant certificate (ex. Business Licenses &environment licences&ISO9001&ISO14001).
更新供应商（包括原材料和外加工）列表，收集并审查各类证书的有效期。(例如：营业执照&环保要求&ISO9001&ISO14001).
7. Deeply involved in product design and development, including participating in customer communication to determine the program; Responsible for reviewing product drawings and specifications, as well as engineering design changes.
深度参与产品设计开发工作,包括参与客户沟通确定方案;负责审核图纸和技术规范,以及工程设计变更。
8. Provide support in production line and active participation in solving internal concerns by using quality tools.
通过使用质量工具，向生产线提供支持并积极参与内部问题解决 。
9. Full support on new launches in order to get a flawless and success PPAP approval.
全力支持新项目的投产并获得PPAP放行。
10. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。

Requirements：
要求：
－ College degree and above major in Engineering, Mechanical related
工程、机械类相关专业大专及以上学历。
－ Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001.8D, APQP，PFMEA,CP，SPC,MSA，PPAP，
熟悉IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001质量管理体系.及8D, APQP，PFMEA,CP，SPC,MSA，PPAP管理工具。
－ At least 4 years of working experience in supplier quality management.
至少有4年以上供应商质量管理经验。
－ IATF 16949 certified internal auditor preferred.
取得IATF16949内审员证书者优先。
－ Good English and communication skills.
良好的英文和沟通能力。
－ Mature, shrewd, honest.
思想成熟，精明能干，为人诚实。
Proficient in CQI-9/11/12, VDA6.3 related audit clauses, and have audit skills
熟练掌握CQI-9/11/12,VDA6.3相关审核条款，并具备审核技能。
Be familiar with relevant audit clauses of D - parts
熟悉D -零件的相关审核条款。
