This position belongs to Evalueserve Shanghai office, which is the key operation center of Evalueserve APAC in the region. The Intern will be working closely with operation team to offer Marketing and Sales Support throughout the Business Development cycle. 1. Prospect sourcing and profiling by using a series of internet sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Google search, etc.) 2. Building company profiles, including a comprehensive business description, organizational charts and financial data 3. Monitoring press releases and creating newsletters regarding industry trends and movements, client strategies and news, to be continuously informed about growth opportunities 4. Preparing marketing material (collateral generation) such as presentations, cheat sheets, thought starters 5. Key account management support to assist in building pre-sales processes through client mapping, opportunity trackers, key account plans, CRM management, etc. 6. Functions of focus to include: strategy, marketing, sales, regulatory, innovation / R&D, analytics, procurement / supply-chain, etc. 7. Target industries to include: Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Automotive, Industrial Goods, ICT, Logistics, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.

Prefer educational background in/some knowledge of Professional Services industry, but not required 4. Very positive demeanor 5. Good understanding of corporate structures 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Attention to detail and organizational skills 8. Independent thinking and a proactive attitude 9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel and PowerPoint 10. 4-5 days/ week, at least 3 months
