We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Dealer Marketing Sr. Manager to lead our Retail Operations & Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving market penetration and customer experience optimization by marketing event planning, social content creation, user operation and promotional strategy for authorized dealership network. This role requires a strategic coordinator with the ability of data analysis and practical solution to achieve sales targets, enhance brand representation, and implement innovative retail strategies in alignment with brand standards.
Main Responsibilities 61 Develop and execute retail market plans aligned with annual sales targets and brand vision. 61 Partner with Brand Marketing to localize campaigns and lead generation strategies by termly retail marketing guideline. 61 Lead cross-functional teams to improve retail marketing performance metrics (sales leads, test-drive conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.). 61 Analyze regional market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats. 61 Serve as primary liaison between brand marketing, regional marketing and authorized dealerships by daily communication, weekly meeting or monthly reports. 61 Implement standardized retail marketing processes including POSM, event, digital and CRM. 61 Develop training programs and meetings covering marketing plan, promotional resource, product knowledge, sales policy sales and CX standards.
Main Requirements 61 Bachelor’s degree in automotive, Marketing, Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 61 Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail/regional marketing management. 61 Proven experience in improving retail/regional marketing performance metrics. 61 Strong understanding of brand communication, consumer experience, social media and user operation. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholder/dealer/customer at all levels. 61 Strong coaching/mentoring capabilities for field teams. 61 Crisis management experience in handling dealer conflicts or market disruptions. 61 Working knowledge of automotive regulations and compliance standards. 61 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 61 Willingness to travel frequently or weekly. 61 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 61 Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. 61 Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. 61 Experience in other premium or luxury industry is a plus.
