RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Under the leadership of the campus principal, closely cooperate with the vice principal of the EMW Middle School to develop teaching and learning programs and ensure the smooth operation. 2.Curriculum Development ·Promote the construction and implementation of the EMW curriculum. ·Stay informed about domestic and international educational trends, actively introduce and promote advanced educational concepts and teaching methods. 3.Teaching Management ·Manage and supervise on-site teaching to ensure standardized and orderly teaching activities. ·Develop teaching quality evaluation standards and methods. 4.Student Management and Support ·Actively support the pastoral team in student management to jointly create a positive educational environment. ·Pay attention to students' physical and mental health and overall development. ·Assist the pastoral team in handling student emergencies, ensuring students' physical and mental health and safety. 5.Foreign Teacher Team Building and Management ·Improve the recruitment, training, and evaluation system for expat teachers. ·Coordinate matters among expat teachers. `Establish evaluation mechanism, build a high-quality teaching team, foster a positive team atmosphere. 6.Communication and Coordination `Proactively maintain close communication with other departments on campus. ·Actively participate in activities organized by the school. 7.Admissions and Promotion Actively participate in the admissions and promotional work of EMW Middle School. 8.Assist the principal in completing other tasks related to the development of EMW Middle School or the campus.
