工作职责:
Key Responsibilities
1 Design and develop methods for synthesis, purification, and analysis of chemically modified nucleosides and phosphoramidites.
2 Utilize analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, and/or LC-MS for the analysis of both crude and purified oligonucleoside and phosphoramidite products. Effectively troubleshoot synthetic/process issues and independently find solutions.
4 Analyze, interpret, and organize analytical data to present to team members.
5 Contribute to the organization of the synthesis lab including upkeep of lab instrumentation, day-to-day operations, and adherence to EHS rules and regulations.

Qualifications
1 Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 3+ years of experience in an industrial or academic lab setting.
2 Excellent background in organic chemistry and hands on experience with oligonucleosides and Phosphoramidites synthesis.
3 Experience with instrumentation such as analytical and prep HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, etc. is required.
4 Good understanding of chromatography and experience in developing methods (HPLC, LC-MS).
5 Ability to function within a highly interdisciplinary environment is a must.
6 Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work within a team and/or independently are required.
