- 化学/化工/安全相关专业本科及以上学历
- 英语听说写，能与老外交流
- 首选年龄35岁以内

岗位职责
RESPONSIBILITIES
?Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
?Assist Safety &OH Manager to establish, continual improvement and update safety management system to meet the latest relevant laws or authorities requirement.
?Under the leadership of S&OH manager, update safety and OH policies, guidelines and procedures according to the legal requirements and internal requirements;
?Participates in regular internal or external inspections and follow up the recommendations.
?Provide professional knowledge and experience to improve safety &OH performance of the company.
?Mainly work with Production, TSD and Engineering depts to improve production and maintenance working procedures without compromise safety &OH requirement.
?Maintain S&OH training program to ensure that all employees are trained and capable of carrying out their responsibilities;
?Track, update or solve all S&OH related permitting on time.
?Conduct the regular occupational health monitoring according to regulation.
?Maintain information on the safety management and related documents to ensure the status up to date, Ensure effective management of procedures and other system documents;
?Assist S&OH manager to track KPI and follow up the plan to keep it up-to-date, and conduct periodic assessments of compliance with legal requirements.
?Back up S&OH manager if required.
?Perform other tasks assigned by S&OH manager;

?Required Qualifications:
?Holds at least a college’s degree majoring in chemical or safety engineering.
?At least three-year experience in oil, gas, refinery or petrochemical industries; with minimum 1 years working experience in Production or Process.
?Familiar with Chinese S&OH laws, regulations, standards, and Shanghai local policies. Working experience in SCIP is a plus;
?Principle oriented and persistence spirit;
?Skills in priority & task management;
?Good oral and written communication skill;
?Fluent in Mandarin and workable English.
