Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Provide necessary information for planning and decision making to Superior within the area of responsibility.
2. Set up and continuously improve a preventive and predictive maintenance system within his area of responsibility.
3. Coordinate repairs in permanent consideration of quality requirements. Decrease the equipment downtime and keep it running smoothly.
4. The service/trouble shooting/spare parts replacement and calibrations of exposure equipment Laser system, Optics, X-Measurement, CCD system, etc, but License/SW are excluded; Machine Type: Xpress 50, Xpress 9, Paragon 8800, Nuvogo Fine 8.
5. People development: ensure good technical development of the team.
Requirement：
1. 5 years of experience in maintenance area.
2. Good team player and team leader.
3. Technical Background in electrical or mechanical engineering required. Familiar with Orbotech, Camtek, Screen, Automatic optical inspection system. And Familiar with Laser direct imaging system.
4. Long term experience in related industry required.
5. Professional Experience in Team Leading required.
6. Fluent written and oral English.
7. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP).
8. Good stress management skills.
9. Integrated and Interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
10. Proficiency in project management.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
12. Authority to advise Maintenance Technicians in his area of responsibility.
