74 Lead descipline laboratories integration activities
74 Lead IATF and customer laboratory audit and certification
74 Lead & organize Product Test Center activities getting CNAS accreditation
74 Organize and execution of quarterly internal lab audit and annual management audit
74 Monitor laboratories following CNAS requirements
74 Organize and ensure test equipments calibrated according to requirements
74 Support Product Test Center servitization activities and profit center transformation
74 Test resource utilization & integration, efficiency improvement
74 PMT tools application in Product Test Center and integration
74 Support plant laboratory audit in case needs
74 Spare parts & test consuming material management

任职要求:
1.Know ISO 17025 and CNAS requirements to laboratory.
2.Know IATF 16949 requirements
3.Know automotive chassis product development process
4.Know project & quality management methods
5.Know risk management
6.Know mechanic functions and schematics
7.Bachelor or above of automotive industry
8.3 years automotive industry laboratory CNAS or ISO 17025 lead experience
9.3 years experience of leading IATF and customer audit of automotive industry
10.At least 2 CNAS accreditation experience as a leading role in automotive industry
11.At least 5 customer laboratory audit experience in automotive industry
12.Worked as project leader at least 2 years
13.Excellent audit experience and skills
