1. Provide efficient office operations support: office supplies, seating management, training room utilization, office EHS coordination, and on-site communication with landlords. 2. Internal charges and billing allocations; PR, POs, receipts and tracking 3. Help organize office activities (team events, holiday celebration, happy hour etc.) 4. Provide general sales support on data washing. 5. Help on D contract mapping and authorization letters. 6. Establishing distributors and customer files and documentation management, contract filing. 7. Paper works including draft dealer year task papers, rebate confirmation letters, channel notifications, etc. 8. Responsible for sales reports (KA plan collection, BO SKU collection, etc) 9. Sales data mapping and analysis (inventory tracking and analysis, SAS 10 days tracking) 10. Daily SFDC check to support sales opportunities, provide general support on opps input guidance and correction, new accounts set up, invalid data washing up, SOPs, past dues, needs helps. 61 Leads follow up & sales call 61 Marketing Material, gift application for teammates and distributors 61 Sampling management, generate tracking list, apply and confirm, Shipping and tracking, follow up with customer 61 Provide support on complaint handling process for Scientific Support team. 61 Local sales support (seminars, booth, market intelligence collects etc.) 61 Other tasks/digital projects support assigned by supervisor.
