PRIMARY FUNCTION: To drive business growth and development in component sales in aviation OEM market, with a primary focus on establishing and managing strategic partnerships with aircraft manufacturer, ensuring successful collaboration and project delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Actively identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the aviation OEM market and drive business growth. 2. Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies specifically designed to win identified business opportunities. 3. Organize and coordinate internal resources to develop comprehensive business proposals, including pricing and contract terms. 4. Lead negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, leveraging market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure deals. 5. Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: 1. At least 5 years of experience in industrial equipment and component sales, with a preference for aviation sales, particularly to aircraft manufacturers. 2. Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. 3. Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently while collaborating effectively with teams. 4. Fluent English is preferred.
