Job Description:
1、Closely monitor daily rail operation process such as space management , related documents preparation , container tracing deal with abnormal service case；
2、Strengthen communication with overseas opco to make sure Ex-works and D terms operation smoothly；
3、To collect railway market intelligence ( rail hub ,subsidy, operation process ) and support top management to draw up middle term strategic plan；
4、To optimize operation process and design rail product to support branch and region people to boost rail business；
5、Set up China and overseas net work to develop rail East and west business together；
6、Devote BCO and co-loader business development and achieve the Volume and GOP target.

Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor and above；
2、5 years experience in international railway operation and commercial development;
3、Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills ( English and mandarin ) .
