As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to digitally (phone, email and social media) connect with new and existing customers to educate them about PTC’s offerings and identify new business opportunities that will ultimately convert generate revenue. 61 Prospect and develop new accounts while engaging with existing accounts 61 Qualify Inbound leads and develop strong outbound sales campaigns 61 Prospect into white-space accounts to add net new logos 61 Make outbound calls and set up meetings for Account Executives and Market Directors 61 Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos, etc.) in SFDC 61 Assist in the execution of demos in your region 61 Engage actively with prospects & customers via social networking sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter 61 Measured on pipeline creation KPIs
Desired Skills & Experience: 61 Bachelor’s degree 61 Mechanical Engineering Related Major is a must 61 Minimum 2 years working experience 61 Tele-sales or Inside-sales experience preferred while cold calling is a plus 61 Prior experience calling into Industry based accounts preferred 61 Prior experience calling into CAD and PLM product segment preferred 61 Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively 61 Competitive drive and strong desire for success
