Key Responsibilities： -Inspection for raw materials and consumables -In-process inspection for welding -Visual inspection after welding -Witness nondestructive examination -Final visual and dimensional inspection -Witness hydrostatic test, performance test, etc. -Witness sand blasting and coating, or pickling and passivation, packing, delivery -Familiar with expediting and supplier audit -Communicate with client in English, and prepare inspection reports in English
Requirement： -Majored in welding or material -At least 10 years experience in manufacturer -Very familiar with welding, and have current CWI or SCWI Certificate -Very familiar with conventional NDT methods, including RT, UT, MT, PT, VT -Very familiar with ASME BPV Codes, AWS Codes for Steel Structure Welding, API Specificaion for Valves and Pumps, and related ISO, ASTM, ASME，AWS, API, MSS, NACE, etc., standards -Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English, can directly communicate with clients, and attend interview, meeting, etc.
