1.负责有源电缆（AEC）相关产品的硬件设计工作，根据项目需求输出整体框图，进行原理图设计、器件选型，确保产品性能符合 AEC 行业标准（QSFP-DD MSA 6.3 & OSFP MSA 5.1等)

2.进行高速电路设计，处理SerDes高速信号，保证传输过程的信号完整性。运用SI/PI分析工具，对高速电路进行仿真分析，优化电路

3.配合 PCB LAYOUT 工程师工作，提供layout guideline，进行 PCB 的 REVIEW 和检查。

4.制定硬件测试用例，配合测试工程师，提供测试标准和硬件技术支持

5.与软件工程师等紧密合作，参与产品的整体开发流程，提供硬件方面的技术支持和解决方案
1. Be responsible for the hardware design of Active Electrical Cable (AEC) related products. Output the block diagram according to project requirements, schematic design and component selection to ensure that the product performance complies with AEC standards (such as QSFP-DD MSA 6.3 & OSFP MSA 5.1, etc.).

2. Carry out high-speed circuit design, handle SerDes high-speed signals, and ensure the signal integrity . Use SI/PI analysis tools to conduct simulation analysis on the high-speed circuit and optimize the circuit.

3. Cooperate with PCB layout engineers, provide layout guidelines, and conduct PCB review and inspection.

4. Formulate hardware test cases, cooperate with test engineers, and provide test standards and hardware technical support.

5. Collaborate closely with software engineers and participate in the overall product development process, providing technical support and solutions in terms of hardware.


任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Familiar with the characteristics, parameters, and applications of various components and apply them to the
hardware designs.
3. Familiar with multimeters, network analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, lab power supply and other test
instruments.
4. Proficient in schematic design software.
5. With rich experience and circuit analysis ability.
6. Familiar with SI/PI, Ansys, ADS, Sigrity and other signal simulation tools is preferred.
