1. To work closely with brand team and sales team on holistic all channels, including on-trade, off trade, DPWS, direct sales, ecommerce on marketing resource allocation, planning, and performance tracking for all brands.(40%) - Lead the team to further optimize current methodology on allocating trade related resources following the guidelines and schemes agreed - Develop the methodology and the process to track the effective usage of promotion resources in on-trade and off-trade channels - Develop joint business plan for key customers (national key accounts mainly), by co-working with key stakeholders 2. To lead digital marketing and social media engagement .(25%) - To achieve yearly social media KPI by deploying right agency and continuously building content, ensure the content and visual follow 100% company and brand guidelines - To manage mini program to achieve KPI on both member recruitment and commercial results - To work closely with brand team on content development at key social media platform including wechat (channel account included), REDNOTE, etc. 3. To manage corporate mega events and visual identity .(25%) - Manage mixed brand and/or ASC corporate events from creative, to plan, to execution and result tracking - To develop POS and merchandising, creation of new items following schemes and budget agreed, quality and stock management - Build up the process to optimize the mechanism continuously 4. To manage respective spending, to work on ad-hoc project, to conduct regular trade visits and consumer research upon request.(10%)
