Role Purpose 职位目标: Build clear regional medical TMK plan and tracking regional sales team implementation and based on central strategy, Business growth opportunity dig out and provide solution for the business risk management. Highly control on content development based on corporate compliance content. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责: 61 Develop regional HCP engagement activation plan to support regional medical business growth and market share gain based on the deep understand of channel insight. 61 Analyze competitive market situation, including both national and filed policy and competitors’ activity, etc. 61 Tracking & review and direct short-term medical marketing activity plans. Manage marketing activities, including plan, implement, track and evaluation. 61 Develop long-term product strategy/positioning base on relevant product strategy and China relevant market situation. 61 Implement central innovation in digitalization. 61 Familiar with local HCP KOL resource and cooperate with sales to maintain the connection. Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能): 61 Bachelor’s degree & above, Medical Trade Marketing/Expert marketing/Business Administration related. 61 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies experience is preferred 61 Strong experience in HCP management and engagement, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 61 Multitasking and Problem-solving skills. 61 Need expert marketing insight and business acumen. 61 Familiar with Regional Sales, distributor management as well as internal compliance policy
