Job contents工作内容
1. Design and develop airvent and mechanism, ensuring compliance with internal and customer specifications. 设计和开发出风口及结构件，确保符合内部及客户的技术要求
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth product development. 与项目、工艺和质量等跨职能部门合作，确保产品开发顺利进行。
3. Conduct feasibility studies, create and analyze 3D models, technical drawings and perform the BOM (material selection) 负责产品可行性研究，创建和分析3D 数据、技术图纸，并汇总 BOM（材料选择）
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs. 实施持续改进措施，以提高产品质量并降低成本
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during product development to ensure dimension, aspect and testing performance. 在产品开发过程中提供技术支持和问题解决措施，以确保尺寸、外观和试验性能要求
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in the design process. 确保在设计过程中遵守安全法规和环境标准
7. Document the design specifications, test results, and progress to the project team 汇总设计规格、试验结果及进度，并及时汇报项目组，保持信息共享。
8. Participate in project meetings and communicate with the customer for topics related to product. 参加项目会议，与客户沟通产品相关问题
Job Requirements工作要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 机械工程、塑料工程或相关专业学士学位；硕士学位优先
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on airvent and mechanism. 至少 3 年的出风口及结构件的工作经验
3. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., UG Nx, CATIA) and other relevant engineering tools. 熟练使用 CAD 软件（如 UG Nx、CATIA）和其他相关工程工具
4. Strong knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes (painting, chroming, IML…), and injection molding techniques. 精通塑料材料、制造工艺（喷漆、电镀、IML......）和注塑成型技术
5. Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations, such as ISO/TS 16949. 熟悉汽车行业标准和法规，如 ISO/TS 16949。
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 出色的解决问题的能力，以及在快节奏、以团队为导向的环境中工作的能力。
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. 较强的书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰地传达复杂的技术信息
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 能够同时管理多个项目并在截止日期前完成。
