Responsibilities: 61 Conduct internal system software setting up, development and management, including system implementation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization. 61 As a contact window person, you need to understand the company's informatization needs, collaborate with external consultants to realize system functionalities and operational processes, and conduct internal training. 61 Familiar with various functional modules of system management; participate in formulating company process improvement plans to ensure secure, efficient, and stable system operations. 61 Coordinate developing software operation standards and manuals, document system issues, and compile statistical reports for system performance. 61 Facilitate efficient communication between the company and external service providers, identifying precise solutions for system-related issues and business requirements. 61 Handle other IT-related tasks, document management, and assignments delegated by Manager. Requirements: 61 2+ years of relevant work experience; associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Technology, or related fields. 61 Fundamental knowledge of system software management (e.g., supply chain, sales, warehouse, and financial management modules, etc). 61 Prior experience in system implementation and operation/maintenance in SME preferred. 61 Strong communication and problem-solving skills with analytical thinking. 61 Proficient in English (writing and reading); speaking will be preferred.
