Context and Main Missions: o Assist Sales and Marketing Team in contract management, sales tasks, marketing activities and regular reports; responsible for routine affairs and coordinate cross-department cooperation.
Key responsibilities
o Responsible for the management of department contract, coordinating signature, stamping, and filing to ensure efficient and compliant contract management for the company's business o Support Shanghai sales ordinary affairs; assist in customer survey; reception for customer and foreign colleague visit; o Support the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Wuhan branches in their sales work, and assist in coordinating cooperation between the sales team and other departments across all locations in China o Assist in marketing affairs, offering support for exhibitions and forums o Assist in organizing and arranging sales meeting, outing & activities, and assist in business trip, exhibition, etc.; o Other temporary affairs
Requirements: o 2 years and above of related experience, relevant industry experience is preferred, commercial, sales assistant or marketing experience is plus. o Custom service and sales result oriented, strong team player, self-motivated and proactive. o Ability to simplify potentially complex, detailed information. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills. o Strong analytical, planning, prioritizing, problem solving skills is preferred. o Good skill with PPT, EXCEL, WORD. o Fluent English in speaking and writing, CET-6 or above o Bachelor degree with major in economics, international trade, marketing, English, law and relevant major.
