· To build up strong relationships with Named Accounts, drive Named accounts’ growth and revenue. · To set up the strategy and business developing plan for Named Accounts in short term, mid-term and long term. · Lead central bidding projects to enhance the win rate. · To ensure Eaton be listed in all necessary short list of these named account’s Frame Purchas Agreement, or be invited for bidding as the primary objective. · To work closely together with all sales teams (Regional, Channel and Service sales), marketing, service team to reach the desired target.
Requirement:
· More than 3 years’ sales experience in UPS or relevant market · Be familiar and/or have good relationship with some key Internet Accounts & Server manufacture. · Strong sales skill, channel management skill and problem solving skill. · Good team-work spirit and great sales sense · Negotiation and communication skills
