Basic Function / General Description:
61 Electrical design activities from concept to product release for elevator controller
61 On-site support for product debugging and qualification base on Otis standard
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
As an electrical engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
61 Develop product concept with pros/cons analysis
61 Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
61 Design of elevator components (controllers, modules, etc)
61 Develop and execute the test plan
61 Verify/qualify the design
61 Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, user’s manuals etc)
61 Coordinate with other function to ensure program success
61 Perform other duties as assigned and requested
Work experience & skills requirements:
61 Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor’s degree preferred
o Working experience in global company preferred
61 Language:
o CET-4 and above. Good in written and oral English preferred.
61 Computer Skills:
o E3 tool for wiring diagram
o Microsoft office tool set
