岗位职责: = Objectives = 61 Specialist responsible for Industrial Cleaning developing core technologies for Asia Pacific 61 Develop technical solutions using existing and new technologies with focus on new surfactants, methods and tools for Industrial Cleaning for regional product development and customer requests 61 Identify customer needs, translate into project objectives into work plans, execute plans through independent or collaborative work, and launch into market
= Main Tasks = 61 Identification of trends and tendencies from market Industrial Cleaning into proposals, project objectives and lab work plans, execute plans through independent or collaborative work with regional and global teams 61 Independently summarize results, interpretate. implement the next steps and apply for IP 61 Identification, validation and implementation of innovation opportunities together with sales and marketing 61 Leading a lab with all assignments (raw material inventory, lab housekeeping, EHS, equipment…) 61 Comply with regulations concerning safety, health and environment according to Campus rules & BASF standards according to local given requirement 61 Promotion and implementation of new products and lab solutions to customers
任职要求: = Job Requirements = 61 Bachelor or master degree of chemistry (organic synthesis) equivalent. with surfactant or polymer background preferred 61 Master degree with 8 years or Bachelor degree with 10 years professional experience in industrial cleaning (application technology and/or technical service), especially the experience from downstream formulators, where new products or/and formulations have been developed. 61 Familiar with surfactants products 61 Professional/ fluent English speaking and writing skills 61 Design and implement trials independently 61 Acceptance for frequent business trip (50%) 61 Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization 61 Ability to analyze results and to solve technical problems 61 Proficient in computer skills
