Your tasks:
Drive improvement within AP in digital programs to improve the efficiency of effectiveness of the quality system. Drive improvement in project based processes and see where to improve together with APQP and project team and support the team in key projects. Drive continuous improvement activities across supplier quality systems and the supply base where applicable Drive alignment and improvement in any opportunity for quality improvements together with QKAM and plant Manage quality support staff activities as input to quality leaderships Manage activities in investigation systems and reports (SupplyOn, QRCM, 8D, Cost Recovery, Supplier Quality Certification, etc. ) Provide input to plant management functions & decisions Develop and maintain quality system policies and procedures Manage and coordinate assurance functions including corrective action activities and read across activities Participates in the establishment and implementation of quality specifications, testing procedures and standards for raw material and for process and finished products Responsible for engaging strong intradepartmental and cross-functional/organizational relationships to drive compliance to internal and customer quality systems Provide leadership and facilitates problem resolution, resource utilization, career counseling, coaching and mentoring of team members Drive for flawless launch of all products Support with inter company APQP Global consolidation on the supplier performance and drive for improvement together with cross functional team. Other assigned tasks by the line manager.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience managing quality, suppliers and quality systems in automotive. Electronics design and manufacturing experience Multi-plant experience. Green Belt or equivalent Multi-discipline experience helpful.
