MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
à According to product specifications, work closely with project team to define design verification plan to make sure the product is fully qualified.
à According to customer request, clarify and suggest the right solution concerning mechanical application, communicate with internal design team members for mutual agreement, to reach cost efficiency and competitiveness.
à Based on product specification, provide 3D-moldels and 2D drawings of parts and assemblys to ensure that product meets customer techincal requirements.
à Independent study and pre-development of new product platform to prepare for potential new business proactively.
à Implementation on coaching and providing on-job training to team members to improve their technical abilities and performance according to skill matrix.
à Lead on problem solving in assigned projects for complicated technical issues, including organizing the discussion, using proper problem solving tools etc., to provide convincing solution in systematical way till problem is solved effectively.
à Providing technical advice from mechanical perspective (such as previous experience or lessons learned etc.) in concept design review for HIS new products to ensure that the design meets customer requirements.
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
à Bachelor degree of mechanical or mechatronics major
à Be proficient in plastic and stamping technology and design
à At least 3 years work experience in product development
à Good skills in 3D modelling software such as UG, ProE etc.
à Knowledge of DFMEA, Tolerance analysis and DFM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:
à Having basic knowledge of electronics, especially on high power applications.
à Having experience in the design of micro and small mechanical structures.
à Having experience in transfer customer requirements into product specification.
