83 Assembly feasibility analysis for new prototypes (BLDC, Powerpack etc.)
83 Assembly process development(pressing, welding, screwing, gluing etc.)
83 Fixture/tooling concept discussion with tool designer
83 Order fixtures, tools and standard parts
83 Assembly trial run/assembly process optimization
83 Assembly work instruction
83 Lessons learnt and improvement
83 Train operator
83 Problems solving during prototype assembly process
83 Continuous improvement such as assembly efficiency, low cost fixture etc.

Requirement:
83 2-5 years of Assembly experience on mechatronic parts (BLDS, PCBA, Powerpack etc.)
83 Knowledge of ESD
83 Knowledge of testing process about BLDC/Powerpack will be a plus
83 Electric knowledge will be a plus
83 Good English on both reading and writing
83 Can work overtime acc. project’s urgency
83 Good communication skills
83 Bachelor or above degree
