Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. - Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. - Handle incoming communications and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Project Management: - Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking deadlines and deliverables. - Conduct research and compile information for meetings and reports. Coordination: - Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Meeting Management: - Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. - Ensure all necessary materials are available and distributed prior to meetings. Confidentiality: - Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
