Accountabilities 主要职责
供应商 Supplier
-根据营运团队、销售及客户的需求选择合适的供应商；
- select right suppliers based on operation/BD/clients requirements;
-制定品类管理、供应商管理的战略计划；
- to set up strategy category management and supplier management working plan;
- 优化供应商结构，更多地开发源头供应商以减少中间环节，降低成本增加 GP；
- Optimize supplier structure for each family/category, tries to source more upstream suppliers to reduce intermediate and cost, increase company GP;
- 依据公司发展战略建立良好的供应商数据库，并定期更新数据；
- Sets up supplier database following company development strategy, updates data regularly; - 负责区域/品类供应商的分级管理，进行定期考评；
- Grading management for region/category suppliers, regular evaluation including qualification, products quality and service;
- 定期召开供应商座谈会，发展业务合作方案。
日常管理工作 General Management
- 定期进行市场调研活动，根据市场动向制订采购策略；
- Regular market survey and work out sourcing strategy according to market trend;
- 定期对食品或工业产品价格的通货膨胀、公司价格与市场参照标杆对比的相关数据进行分析；
- Analyzes “food price inflation” or industry products & “Sodexo catalogue price”, provides comments;
- 定期与采购总监对各分类产品的供货情况、供应商结构及降本/采购收入指标等数据进行分析、回顾；
- Regular reviews on suppliers’ structure, products/service quality and saving/purchasing income objective of each family with Head of Category Management.
- 负责大客户的招标支持与项目启动，根据项目需求选择合适的供应商；
- Responsible for Key Account BD bidding and mobilization, select suitable suppliers per projects requirements.
- 依据公司业务发展适时更新采购流程以满足实际业务需求；
- Timely updates the purchasing process according to the company's business development to meet the actual business needs;

基本技能 Basic Skills
熟练的电脑办公软件；
Solid computer skills (Office Software);
熟悉供应链相关系统，ERP,SRM,Ariba,SAP 等；
Familiar to Supply Chain Management relevant system like ERP,SRM,Ariba,SAP etc.;
熟练的英语口语、书写能力 Good command of oral and written English;
良好的服务和团队意识； Good service and team spirit;
较强的口头和书面沟通能力； Strong communication skills both in oral and written;

Essential 必备条件
熟悉采购基本知识，具备风险识别能力、谈判能力，精通间接采购类或外包服务品类采购管理；
Familiar with the basic procurement knowledge, capability of risk identification, strong negotiation, proficient in the management of food raw materials, indirect sourcing or outsourcing service category;
基础数据分析能力;
Basic Data Analysis capability.
8 年以上供应链管理工作经验，具备扎实的采购实操经验；
8 years and above solid practical working experience in Supply Chain Management industry.
具有良好的分析总结、预测能力；
Ability to analyze synthesize and forecast; 多团队协调与管理能力；
Multi-team coordination and management;
大学本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above;
