Responsibilities: ?0202 02Develop annual marketing plan including communication, EC marketing and retail marketing plan by demonstrating strategic thinking in building annual plans and timelines throughout the year ?0202 02Leverage existing EC relations and cultivate new contacts, seeking high-level cooperation in EC platform ?0202 02Create juicy product stories and contents02 ?0202 02Maintain a keen understanding of industry / communication trends affecting consumers and make appropriate recommendations ?0202 02Manage agencies and full teams in that regard ?0202 02Monitor, analyze and communicate marketing results on a monthly basis Qualifications 610202 02Working experience in car aftermarket industry or work for car aftermarket clients in PR agency; should be a team leader while in agency side 610202 02Deep insight on our target audiences and Chinese media landscape; and to adjust communication matrix accordingly 610202 02Ability to identify/concept creative ideas that can match and promote our brands and products with popular/trendy manners 610202 02Ability to independently identify and capitalize on business opportunities, an agile self-starter, results-orientated, and able to deal with ambiguity 610202 02Able to work and deliver quality outcomes against set timelines 610202 02Proven experience and ability to work cross-functionally, both internal & external.
