Primary Responsibilities 1st primary responsibilities (Rate loading, New hotel system onboarding) 61 Support changes and creations related to the activities of planning, pricing, price points, tariff restructuring and sales conditions linked to direct and indirect channels, monitoring their implementation. 61 Support the opening and activation of new hotels through direct and indirect distribution channels (TARS, GDS, OTA), informing the partners to connect. 61 Carry out pricing structure, respecting the established deadlines. 2nd primary responsibilities (Welcome-Now Support) 61 Provide support to hotels in terms of the TARs (CRS) issue reported. 61 Maintain contact with internal sectors to resolve issues related to the area. Other Responsibilities 61 Practice Accor's values and follow current internal practices and policies. 61 Perform other related assignments, according to the needs of the area and at the discretion of the immediate superior.
Knowledge and Experience 61 Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management. 61 Relevant experience in the hotel industry is preferred. 61 Strong working knowledge of CRS,PMS and Microsoft Office. 61 Good interpersonal skills and self-learning skills 61 Service oriented with an eye for details 61 Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team 61 Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively 61 Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment 61 Self-motivated and energetic
