Key Responsibilities: 61 Window Management: Coordinate with local contractors for window installations, including prop production, progress tracking, and on-site supervision. There are approximately 4 to 6 window changes per year, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand standards. 61 Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with the central department regarding window display orders, ensuring accurate procurement aligned with brand guidelines; closely coordinate with the Media Team to ensure timely lightbox visual updates. 61 Store Coordination: Work closely with store teams to schedule and oversee window installations. 61 Supplier Management: Oversee supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and follow up on supplier payment processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions. 61 VM Implementation: Execute visual merchandising (VM) projects in China stores according to regional office guidelines, ensuring regular updates in line with retail strategies. 61 New Store Openings: Participate in new store opening projects, ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of visual merchandising elements.
Job Requirements: 61 Previous experience in visual merchandising operations, display design, or project management is preferred. 61 Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with suppliers, stores, and internal teams. 61 Familiarity with the production and installation processes of window and in-store displays, with high attention to detail and quality. 61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively. 61 Basic financial knowledge to manage contracts and payment processes. 61 Willingness to travel for short-term assignments based on project needs.
