职位描述
Position Summary
Facility Department assistant: IFM related works such as supplier management, Logistics Works, Meeting Support, work with Facility Engineering team to monitor office routine operation. Data analysis and finance rated system using. PPT & Photoshop knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Facilities operation works
86 Deliver a high level of support works for facilities operations, cleaning service, pantry/canteen management, solid waste disposal, indoor plant & landscaping, pest control, meeting support, and other related services.
86 Monitor routine facilities inspection, records and report findings to line managers, including assessments of office furniture and decorative conditions.
86 Propose solutions for intelligent office systems and high-tech facility products by leveraging site-specific insights and market research to deliver optimal solutions.
86 Collaborate with departments and employees to promote facilities improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
86 Office poster, signals and coffee bar poster making.
2. Data Analytics
86 Service Contract data management
86 Storage data, Canteen cost breakdown, office suppliers benchmark and data analysis.
86 Finance system using: ICE, SAP, Security system, ID Card access control management.
3. Safety
86 Prioritizing accident prevention through safe work practices
86 Taking reasonable precautions to protect self and coworkers
86 Immediately informing supervisor of injuries, health issues, or unsafe conditions
86 Reporting near misses, hazards, or policy violations
Requirements / Qualifications
86 Familiar with FM process and have basic experience of IFM.
86 Proficiency of operate computer and office software
86 Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities.
86 Fluent in written English, with conversational proficiency sufficient for daily interactions.
