1. Master the normal operation process within the department, complete the daily work such as work report, activity arrangement, etc. 2. Support new hires’ on-board process and help to apply accounts for related tools. 4. Support internal/external trainings, generate QR code, record training and maintain training video. 5. Support internal/external knowledge sharing and maintain relevant finance related. 6. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, manager department folders. 7. Greet and assist visitors to the office, e.g.: guide visitors, meal application, etc. 8. Support department reimbursement, pre-verify invoice & voucher, payment. 9. Interface of 5S, pay attention to the office environment of the department, provide necessary supervision and management 10. Book conference rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc. 11. Organize TB when needed. 12. Assistant HR to provide relevant report, include but not limited to HC, training, mentoring, etc., 13. Other administrative tasks, communicate with IT, purchase, warehouse, etc.. 14. Capex application 15. Department DR/TG meeting agenda, meeting room arrangement 16. Other tasks assigned (department food/snack arrangement ,“Taobao” purchase for department use/projects)
