Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SCM buyer to implement and optimize purchasing order processes for our medium and high voltage drives. This role will be responsible for managing the supplier orders, missing parts, commodity team activities with high efficiency, quality, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Operate purchasing, monitor delivery schedule as required Continuously evaluate and improve suppliers' delivery performance Continuously optimize and align with suppliers about capacity allocation, delivery time, frequency and so on Analysis and reports of supplier delivery performance management Close work with commodity teams to implement projects Inventory control of responsible commodities Support new product introductions (NPI) by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth materials deliver Tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum of 8 year experience in SCM Experience with SAP PP, MM modules & MS offices Be self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal colleagues and external customers
