Main Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for plan, direct, coordinate, execution of the manufacturing process from raw material input to final product delivery.
负责从原材料进场到最终产品交付的制造过程的计划、指导、协调和执行。
2. Prepare and maintain production procedures, production reports and records.
准备和维护生产程序、生产报告和记录。
3. Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for operational accidents and injuries.
执行安全政策和程序，以减少操作事故和伤害的可能性。
4. Coordinate with other departments such as ESH, supply chain, maintenance, quality to optimize operations and resolve issues.
与ESH、供应链、维护、质量等其他部门协调，优化生产并解决问题。
5. Manage the operator team. Including schedule shifts, coaching and training, conduct performance evaluation and feedback to operators
操作工的日常工作管理，包括排班、辅导和培训，进行绩效评估并向操作工反馈
6. Ensure production activities compliance with industry standards and regulations
7. 确保生产活动符合行业标准和法规
Monitor plant facility and equipment, request maintenance as needed
监控工厂设施和设备，根据需要请求维护

Qualifications：
- Holding Bachelor’s degree, majored in organic chemistry, applied chemistry, medicinal chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in fine chemical production.
- Scale up experience and knowledge is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English, and read English technical documents
- Team work spirit, take ownership.
