Account Manager - Personal Care (Chemical) Job Purpose: - Drive new business development, achieve business result - Achieve growth and hit sales targets of PC market in east/north of by successfully managing the direct/indirect clients. - Initiate territory plan for both existing customers and new applications/products promoting. - Implement sales plan that expands existing customer base and ensure strong market presence - Promoting specific solutions to local brand owners and involve in business developing by value chain/brand activities. - Be sensitive to the market dynamics and provide proposals to manager and team - Update business forecast and demand plan in time, and collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure existing business and growth.
Key Accountabilities: - Strong sales capability to achieve growth and hit sales targets of Personal Care China market. - Implement sales plan that expands existing customer base and ensure strong market presence - Proactively look for market opportunity and business opportunities - Strong engagement with customers and distribution. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify market opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements: - Experiences n. At least 3 years sales, marketing, procurement experience in Chemical industry, with proven track record n. experiences n. Experience in Cosmetic industry is preferred - Education n. Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry Engineering or polymer related majors - Competencies n. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, result driven mindset n. Teamwork spirit. n. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Skills n. Ethical n. Self motivated n. Proactive and drive for business n.
