Position Overview:
Join us as a Sr. Application Engineer in our Sales team. At Copeland, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to provide world-class Pre-sales and after-sales technical support to our ambitious Heating & AC customers in East China.
Responsibilities:
61 Communicate regularly with customers to understand product profiles, technology trends, and competitors’ information.
61 Support customers in compressor selection and testing.
61 Deliver technical training and seminars, providing guidelines, solutions, and recommendations in product and application.
61 Visit customer sites to diagnose technical issues through system testing and data analysis.
61 Address and follow up on quality issues related to line and field returns.
61 Assist internal teams in solving engineering design problems.
61 Participate in new product development projects and prepare necessary technical documents.
Required education, experience, and skills:
61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering.
61 Mechanical Engineering and Electrical degrees are acceptable with relevant AC/Refrigeration experience.
61 8+ years of experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Energy & Power Engineering.
61 Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when confronting difficulties.
61 Proficient in building relationships and a standout colleague attitude.
61 Proficient in English.
61 Strong analytical and logical abilities.
61 Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
