About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as a Validation Engineer：
Responsible for validation project of shock absorber and sub-components. Planning the testing tasks on different kinds of hydro pulse, pneumatic test rig, performance test machine and other equipment according to customer or ZF internal DVPs.
Accept test consignment from different engineering group or from quality department. Keep close communication with consigner and project team, output necessary feedback regarding technical detail or timing plan.
Manage and indicate test technician, ensure they’re working according to instructions, and all results are accurate and valid.
Tear down shock absorber samples after test when necessary, record and analyze test data or results, evaluate and benchmark especially on the failure parts or feature, write internal test reports.
Organize testing resources, maintain and optimize utilization rate of endurance machine. Work together with equipment engineer to make new test requirement into implementation, keep on develop and extend our competency.
Contact lab resource outside, including ZF global lab or 3th part lab outside company. Arrange outsourcing in case of capacity or capability problem
Close contact with German headquarter, looking for necessary technical support. And work closely with headquarter on standardizations and other tasks

Your Profile as a Validation Engineer：
Mechanic working or education back ground, Testing related working experience in automotive industry will be preference.
Bachelor above in mechanic or electric related major.
English communication skills verbal and in writing
Efficient application in Microsoft
Priority consideration for people who have hydraulic background or MTS software operation experience.
