In charge of HVAC Module development of both xHEV and NEV Vehicle AC HVAC system, ensure the integration and the adaptation of the developed or selected variant of HVAC Module: Support, organize and conduct the related activities and tasks around the HVAC module’s specification, design, and validation in compliance with scouting/project planning and development standards. Good understanding of the technical requirements and specifications for HVAC module Component level to guide supplier well done on RFQ work/Daily Technical Review/Submission of good proposal balanced with Timing-Cost-Performance in compliance with project target. Conduct investigation and research of Chinese scouting potential HVAC supplier panel, Chinese OEMs and their Benchmark information on HVAC module suppliers. Good capability of the forward-design of HVAC module. Responsible for undertaking and implementing AC system targets, decomposing subpart targets, planning and conducting HVAC tests, and promptly proposing optimization plans to ultimately meet all requirements of component. Responsible for the selection, performance evaluation, and verification of secondary components attached to HVAC module. Responsible for the development, vehicle-mounting, test verification, and problem-solving of HVAC module. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of technical documents related to the developed components (deliverables). Responsible for finding suitable VAVE solutions for the developed components to meet the target requirements. Good capability and good sense to positively collect the advanced technology and technical trend in the field of HVAC Module. Responsible for the HVAC module components’ technical knowledge and training activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, with more than 5 years of experience in automotive HVAC module development. Good experience in HVAC module Supplier technical review & project management, good experience in HVAC module components VAVE and localization is preferred. Familiar with the critical performance requirements, key characteristics, development attention points, and key production processes of multi-zone HVAC module and xHEV / NEV vehicle HVAC module. Proficient in the principles, structures, and function realization schemes of HVAC module, with a theoretical foundation in NVH and practical experience in problem-solving. Familiar with the layout, positioning, installation requirements of HVAC module on the vehicle, as well as the key points of coordination with surrounding components. Have the forward-design ability for the concept, moving parts, flow field, and performance matching of HVAC module. Familiar with the selection and layout requirements of key components such as air - conditioning filters, blowers, and expansion valves. As well as the key performance requirements of attached sensors, micro-motors, wire harnesses, and other subparts. Familiar with the development, verification, and approval processes of components, and have experience in the development of xHEV / NEV vehicles. Proficient in using design software such as CAD, CATIA, etc. Fluent English as the working language. Being proactive, solution driven, forward thinking, good communication skills and teamwork.
