职位描述
Your tasks
· You grow business with existing customer base for Voith highly flexible couplings in China.
· You will acquire new prospects and turn them into customers in order to enlarge the customer base of Voith highly flexible couplings business and to ensure profitable growth.
· You identify, process and pursue sales opportunities up to the conclusion of the sale in conjunction with the associated technical and commercial quotation clarification and preparation based on the corresponding specifications and design rules for highly flexible couplings.
· As a sales and product expert for VTKH products, you will also support regional sales in the global sales regions within the Voith Turbo Industry.
· Together with the Head of Global Focus Sales for the internationally distributed products, you will develop strategies for market positioning in various market segments.
· In this context, you will carry out and evaluate market analyses and studies. Your resulting ideas for new or further development of the products will be accompanied by you in the product development process up to the market launch.

Your profile:
· You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or you have a comparable qualification.
· You already have several years of professional experience in the technical sales of (highly flexible) couplings.
· You have a good knowledge of MS Office; Basic knowledge of SAP and Sales Force, knowledge of tools for the technical calculation of couplings is an advantage.
· Language: highly proficient in spoken and written English.
· You are familiar in working with people from other cultures.
· Willingness to go on international business trips is a prerequisite.
· Your communication skills, as well as your convincing appearance round off your profile.
