- Responsible for system definition, development, and delivery of steering system technical solutions, supporting steering calibration and software release, and resolving vehicle development issues.

- Fully accountable for the quality, cost, delivery, and timing (QCDT) of the steering system. Lead supplier development, manage component development progress, and control risks.

- Evaluate suppliers’ capabilities. Work with cross function team for nomination. Coordinate sample submission. Track testing progress and approval reports.

- Develop and integrate EPS systems and related software. Ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.

- Analyze and follow up testing issues. Support vehicle level issue solves in each phase during development. Resolve product quality and process issues.

Qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
学历要求：机械工程或车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上。
- Working years: 3~5 years of steering EPS system development experience. in global projects preferred
工作年限： 3~5年转向EPS系统开发工作经验，***有跨国工作经验
- Excellent capabilities in communication and teamwork

- Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks.
