Responsibilities 1. Research and draft business contracts, HR contracts and others needed for the business development according to analysis of various divisions’ business situation. 2. Establish and improve the contract management policy and standardize the review, execution, and performance of contract. 3. Checking various contracts coming from external, provide legal opinions and modify. 4. Assist to solve the dispute, arbitration and litigation of legal matters. 5. Manage and follow up day-to-day aspects of brand protection activities in the Asia-Pacific region, including managing and follow-up of monitoring and investigation programs. 6. Provide IP-related assistance and advice to business departments and support in reviewing IP protection clauses in contracts. 7. Analyze and recommend appropriate proceedings or enforcement actions, select targets for investigations, prepare evidence exhibits and affidavits, etc., and manage administrative, civil, criminal proceedings. 8. Be responsible for trademark right, copyright, and other IPR related affirming issues, know the procedures of dealing with trademark application, opposition, review, invalidation, etc., can work independently on the infringement of various intellectual property rights. 9. Online enforcement, including online takedown on Alibaba IPR Protection Platform, C&D letter to individual websites. 10. Maintenance on Customs IPR recordal. 11. Be responsible for contacting, communicating with external legal firm to deal with legal disputes if necessary, and responsible for managing and evaluating external legal firms. 12. Provide legal consultancy and take the legal train and risk avoiding on the common and typical cases. 13. Update and improve various effective contingency plans. 14. Process the legal formality in relation to corporate opening and closing. 15. Complete other tasks the manager set.
Requirement 1. Bachelor degree 2. Be familiar with various arbitration and litigation and know the procedures, know international rules application. 3. Prefer lawyer certificate. 4. English CET6 or above, be good at listening, reading, oral and writing. 5. Excellent personality, initiative, strong responsibility and team worker. 6. More than 5 years working experience, prefer economic law, labor law and intellectual property rights law.
