Understand government permitting process & newest requirement for project execution. Communicate with project management to set up key authority milestones for project approval & acceptance issues. Communicate & interface with project team members for Government approval requirement in design and engineering document. Communicate with entity, operation and project management, administration, HR etc,.to push forward the permitting progress for authority approval document. Timely reply & feedback when inquired by internal or external about local government permit requirement. Communicate with project external parties for smoothly project hand over & acceptance. Build and maintain regular and good relationship with local government and organization. Support other internal departments for the authority policy & regulatory affairs. Support company qualifications maintenance and dynamic management. Responsible for certificate personnel registration work.
