职位描述
负责客户的沟通和需求的确认,协调内外部资源完成项目交付。
Responsible for communication with customer and customer‘s requirement confirmation, coordinate internal and external resources to complete the project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 根据项目要求,协调公司内外部资源实施项目计划,包括确认客户需求、定期向客户汇报项目进展、协调客户与公司内部项目团队沟通交流等;
Coordinate the internal and external resources of company to implement the project plan including confirming the customer needs, reporting the project progress to the customer regularly, coordinating the communication between customer and internal project team, etc.
2. 协助项目经理进行项目进度的管理、跟进和质量把控,组织内外部资源解决项目实施中遇到的问题并及时的反馈给内部各部门,以确保项目按计划推进,顺利交付客户;
Assist the project manager on project progress management, follow-up and quality control, organize internal and external resources to solve the problems may encounter in project implementation and feedback to internal departments to ensure the project progress as planned and deliver to customers successfully.
3. 制作投标文件、合同或协议,并审核合同条款,反馈风险给销售进行确认或与客户协商,跟进合同审批等内部流程;
Make bidding document, contract or agreement and review contract terms, feedback risk to sales for confirmation or negotiate with customer. Follow up the contract approval process internally.
4. 应收账款及时催收,督促客户根据付款要求准时支付货款;
Ensure the timely collection of account receivable from customer. Urge customer to pay back within payment term.
5. 准确分析项目需求的合理性和需求优先度,辅助项目风险评估,确保项目按计划进行;
Accurately analyze the reasonability and priority of the project requirements, assist the project risk assessment, and ensure the project is carried out as planned.
6. 组织和准备各类会议,起草各文档及整理会议纪要,跟进会议各项工作的落实;
Organize and prepare all kinds of meetings, draft various documents, and sort meeting minutes, follow up the implementation of the work required in the meeting.
7. 负责收集和整理项目数据,项目相关文档归类管理;
Responsible for collecting and sorting project data, classifying and managing project-related documents.
8. 上级安排的其他相关工作。
Other related work assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 良好的交流能力,熟练的电话沟通技巧,较强的客户服务意识;
Good communication ability and telemarketing skills, strong customer service awareness.
2. 熟悉 MS Office 办公软件,熟练使用Excel;
Good knowledge of MS Office software, proficient in Excel.
3. 具有较强责任心,诚实守信。富有工作激情和团队协作精神;
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and trustworthy, full of work passion and team spirit.
4. 良好的英语听说读写优先。
Good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing is preferred.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历,机械类相关专业优先;
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant is preferred.
2. 5年以上相关工作经验,有实际项目推进经验或者项目质量管理工作经验的优先;
Over 5 years related work experience with knowledge of sales support or sales in a foreign investment enterprise.
3. 具有商务合同审核经验,有能力识别风险;
Experience in contract audit and capability to recognize risk.
4. 具有较强的学习能力,优秀的组织、沟通、解决问题和总结归纳能力,富有较强的责任感和团队协作精神;
Working experience in lithium industry and project implementation is preferred.
5. 熟练使用 CRM、ERP 系统,有 SAP 经验更佳。
Proficient in CRM, ERP system, SAP is preferred.
