Main Responsibilities - Manage daily procurement tasks, including supplier management, price inquiries, contract execution, and process optimization to ensure quality and cost control. - Handle procurement documentation and data, maintain supplier relationships, and support procurement strategy implementation. - Oversee office supplies procurement, asset management, and coordination of meetings and events to ensure smooth administrative operations. - Support office daily repairing and decoration Check general office supplier storage, maintenance. - Be responsible for the company's vendor management with regular review of procurement process SOP. - Support to organize company activities such as annual dinner, birthday parties, company events and etc. - Support to complete ADM related projects. - Comply with the requirements of the HSE management system. - Other tasks assigned by N+1.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in administration or procurement, preferably in multinational companies. - Familiar with procurement and administrative procedures, with strong organizational and execution skills. - Basic knowledge of supplier management, cost control, and contract management. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or Oracle experience is a plus. - Basic English reading and writing skills for daily work communication.
