Job Description
Supports introduction, development and implementation process of potential new suppliers for PUR / Quality -organisation of OESL.
Supporting production sites in maintaining a robust supply chain in terms of quality, stable processes and deadlines. Participation in improvement programs of series suppliers and continuous advancement of the continuous improvement process of our suppliers.
- Perform VDA 6.3 process audits
- follow up and closure of those audits
- Supplier Quality Improvement program execution
- Management of the escalation and de-escalation process of affected suppliers
- Complaint Management at suppliers as support of local SQA-organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with technical background
- Certified VDA 6.3 auditor
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, strong technical background including Project Management, language skills English, Demonstrated International communication and intercultural skills, Assertive communication technique.
- Product-, technology- and manufacturing process knowledge for CT OESL-products General raw material knowledge.
