岗位职责:
1. Establish specific on electronic material producing instruments and process control for new project.
2. Update local market contacts in the instruments and control discipline and support procurement to evaluate and update vendor list
3. Define the basic Instrumentation scheme with specific technology for BU with following BASF design standards
4. Review and finalize the instrumentation and process control design;
5. Responsible for cost estimation and procurement support for projects.
6. Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding E&I issues;
7. Monitor contractors or support complete planning/management for projects.
8. Implement and supervise the field instrumentation works for construction, test & commissioning, Track project-specific targets for the discipline within the framework of the project design and implementation into planning.
9. Coordinate quality assurance for goods and services including but not limited engineering review and factory audit and site test.
10. Provide technical supports for maintenance issue in plants and troubleshooting as local technology expertise.
11. Application and implement of ISO-Standards and BASF EHS regulation, responsibility in daily operation and project execution.
12. Implement the maintenance in BCJC and insure maintenance safety & reach KPI requirements.

任职要求:
1. Be responsible for the achievement for the E&I project tasks including conception (frontend loading) basic and detailed design, construction, procurement and start-up.
2. Planning and cost estimation for project tasks focusing on Instrumentation and will be assigned to project teams on request.
3. Be responsible for technology support to existing plant operation, maintenance and optimization.
