工作概要
Summary
基于均胜外部分供方审核管理要求，策划及实施外部分供方过程审核，评价供应商质量能力是否符合要求，并对不符合要求的供应商进行质量能力提升。
Plan and execute process audit at external supplier based on JSS external supplier audit requirement, to evaluate if quality ability at supplier side is fulfilling JSS requirement. And furthermore, improve the supplier who are not fulfilling the requirements.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 策划及实施外部供应商准入审核
Plan and execute external supplier entry audit
2. 策划及实施外部供应商周期审核
Plan and execute external supplier regular audit
3. 基于其他部门需求，实施计划外的供应商审核
Execute unplanned supplier audit based on request
4. 基于采购策略，对质量能力不完全符合均胜要求的供应商进行质量能力提升
Improve quality ability of external supplier who are not fulfilling JSS requirement in alignment with purchasing strategy.
5. 持续优化审核相关流程及方法
Continuous improvement of audit related process and method
6. 其他领导交办的任务
Other tasks from line leader.

学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 大学本科 / Bachelor degree
2. 7年以上汽车质量相关工作经验 / 7+ years quality related automotive experience

技能Skills:
1. 持QMC VDA6.3过程审核员资格证 / QMC Certified VDA6.3 auditor
2. 熟悉IATF16949及主要主机厂特殊要求 / Familiar with IATF16949 and CSR of main OEM
3. 熟悉主要汽车行业相关工艺过程 / Familiar with main manufacturing process
