Key Responsibilities 1. MHE Project Leadership (60%) - Oversee NIKE China Logistics Center end-to-end MHE related projects (e.g., automation systems, conveyor installations, robotics) from solution design to implementation. - Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and safety/performance standards. - Troubleshoot technical challenges (incl. WCS) and collaborate with MHE partners for solutions.
2. Contract Pipeline & Commercial Management (20%) - Manage vendor contracts, and support procurement processes for MHE and logistics services. - Monitor compliance, and ensure cost efficiency. - Maintain a pipeline of contracts to support operational scalability.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%) - Act as a liaison between logistics, procurement, finance, and external vendors. - Align stakeholders on project goals, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. - Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and KPIs.
Required Qualifications - Experience: 8+ years in logistics/project management, with 3+ years specializing in MHE industry, large scale MHE project experience is a plus (e.g., Automation, sortation systems). - Skills: - Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management. - Proficiency in project management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fluent in English.
